Free Laptops - Free Laptop Computer - No SCAMS!

You’ve heard the saying buyer beware. But does that apply when you’re getting something completely free? Anyone who has ever spent more than a few minutes on the computer has seen the offers for “Free Groceries!”, “Free $500 Gift Card!”, or “Free Laptop!”. In a world where you can no longer get something for nothing, though, what can be believed? What is the catch?

Obviously, no one can profit by giving something away for free…. right? That’s where you’re wrong. Affiliate marketing professionals are able to promise rewards such as a free laptop as an incentive for getting people to sign up for the products or services that they market. The “offers” you sign up for actually pay a commission to whomever runs the site promising the free rewards. In return, the marketer chooses rewards to give to customers who complete a certain number of rewards.

The problem with this method only arises when people either do not follow directions for the offers, do not read the fine print, or if they sign up for something they don’t really want then forget to cancel it. Actually, one of the worst things you can do is sign up for these offers just to get the free laptop (or other reward). In all honesty, the rewards are only meant for people who would already have been in the market for many of the things the offers provide.

When you sign up for these offers with the mindset that you’ll just cancel them before you’re billed, chances are good you won’t actually get the free laptop. These companies often don’t pay out the commission (thus giving you your reward points) until after you convert from the free trial to a paying offer. For those of you who are already looking for the kinds of things found in these offers, you would be wise to check into some of the affiliate offers. You could very well end up with a free laptop, free groceries, or free gift card!
